They are all included in the price of your cruise and offer a wide range of delicious meals. The Queen Elizabeth restaurants are mostly good but some are better than others.
On board Britannia features 13 bars as well as 13 restaurants and cafés. These two venues sit starboard and port of the atrium seating area respectively with The Blue Bar serving champagne and cocktails whilst the Market Cafe serves Costa Coffee and cakes. Eric Lanlard has his own patisserie Market Café in the ships atrium.
